I have this same watch and already replaced the Datewheel, however the Dial should be replaced as well because the GEN dial is a darker Rhodium Grey than the ARF dial. I will be posting a comparison in the next few days. After lots of research I purchased my first rep, ARF Datejust 41 in Blue. the watch is fantastic quality but the datewheel bothered me more than I expected. ARF wins on the bracelet but the color of the Clean dial is definitely closer to gen. I have a gen blue dial with roman numerals and can see the ARF dial color is too dark. This would be a major tell for me.
