The Nike sport band is too loose using the forth hole and pretty tight using the third hole. Held them together and the holes on the Nike sport .

I much prefer the Milanese band. I have no issues with it loosening up throughout the day, and the mesh allows it to breathe. The sport band is almost too small. I need to wear it on the last notch. Also, the "plastic-ness" of the fluoroelastomer band does not breathe. I just feels "sticky" on my wrist.
