Take it home, let a member of staff buy it, or sell it to the public as an ex demo item for a fair market price with a shorter warranty. A fair market price for most ex demo items is below MSRP, but we know this isn't the case for Rolex. If Rolex have a different kind of agreement with their ADs we need to know the details.
